科默斯娛樂場酒店 (The Commerce Casino & Hotel)

Attention: breakfast included is a slogan, nothing is offered/included. The hotel itself is not bad, however even being renewed a couple of years ago, it's kind of destroyed inside (see photos). Another thing is that the hotel continues to charge you different amounts of money 'by error', in our case the error was split on 4 different payments (whilst we didn't order anything) with the amount higher than rent. Is it worth it? No. Only because we spent more time with reception and Manager to try to fix their way of cheating on people. Not recommended

房間舊，房間燈光灰暗，訂房網站標註四星，比17 日住的二星都差很多。廁所門關不嚴，一條大縫，玻璃窗下面壁紙開膠，日積月累的灰塵不少。舊的四星，比新的二星差很多，這是我多年來通過訂房網站住宿的最不滿意的酒店。

They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, which truly made my stay more enjoyable. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident at every turn. Facilities: 3/5 While the hotel excels in location, cleanliness, and service, the facilities are somewhat average. Although they provide the essential amenities, there isn’t anything particularly remarkable. A few upgrades or additions could enhance the experience, making it more appealing to guests looking for a more luxurious stay. In summary, this hotel offers a superb location, exceptional cleanliness, and outstanding service, making it a great choice for travelers. However, there is room for improvement in the facilities. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return for another visit.

疫情之前酒店由華美達管理，現在迴歸“COMMERCE”品牌，房間設施還是不錯的，寬敞，乾淨，裝修有一定品味。停車位週末較緊張。樓下的******很有名氣。

酒店地址一流，去哪裡都很方便高速就在酒店旁邊 附近也有很多快餐和購物的地方 房間衛生一般，空間還是可以 打開兩隻大皮喼也不覺得阻礙地方

設施：有咖啡機，免費停車，有浴缸 衞生：好 環境：不錯，離城堡奧特萊斯很近，開車3分鐘.走路15分鐘 服務：好

雖然酒店有一點點舊，但房間寬敞，前台服務人員服務態度很好，酒店一樓就是******，可以適當娛樂一下

喜歡******的選這家酒店。距離城堡奧特萊斯比較近，建議打車去，大約10美刀。酒店一樓餐廳有歐美和亞洲風味簡餐，還有小超市，蠻便利的。另外，去爾灣和聖地亞哥從這裡出發比較近。

‘Free breakfasts for three persons’ were complete scam! They gave out only food coupons worth $10 per day for the whole three. And that $10 coupon could barely buy a cup of coffee.
